J. Leslie Vieth:  The Vieth family has a long history of providing excellent dining and catering in the River City.  From the original OSCARS Steak House co-owned by Leslie's dad, James Vieth, in the 70's & 80's, to more recent experience with the American Legion and Capital City Steakhouse, Leslie has over 17 years experience coordinating, managing and catering events.

Christopher Vieth:  Chris has over a decade of experience working to set up, manage and coordinate events in Mid-Missouri.
